The Kalbodium Theme Park project, which is developing as one of the pioneers of the entertainment and interactive experiences industry in the country, has made significant progress in the construction sector. In this regard, the concrete pouring operation of the Phygital Club, one of the key zones of this theme park, was successfully completed, and an important step was taken in completing the infrastructure of the complex.
Technical specifications and construction process of the Phygital Club complex
This building, which is one of the main parts of the project, is being built on two floors with an area of 1,100 square meters and a substructure of 2,200 square meters. The design of this structure includes a 5-meter-high intermediate ceiling, which allows for optimal use of the space and the development of the club’s functions. At this stage, after formwork, reinforcement, installation of column plates and bolts, concrete pouring was carried out, the volume of concrete poured at this stage is more than 170 cubic meters. The concrete pouring process began on Friday, March 14, in the morning and continued until 4:30 p.m. In order to carry out this operation as accurately as possible, a 32-meter mast concrete pump was used, and 19 concrete mixers were involved in the transport and distribution of concrete.

At this stage, the project benefited from the collaboration with Tekin Beton Mashhad Company, which operates as one of the most reputable and well-known concrete suppliers in Mashhad. The high quality of the concrete used, compliance with technical standards, and careful monitoring of the concrete pouring process ensured that this part of the project was implemented with high durability and strength.
