Kalbodium is an entertainment center that aims to transcend conventional entertainment and provide its guests with a new entertainment experience by combining games with the amazing story of humanity and healthy living.

our story

The idea of Kalbodium was formed many years ago until, with a lot of planning and follow-up, in ۱۴۰۱, it led to obtaining permits from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts and the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

This process led to the beginning of studies with the purchase of the project land in the summer of ۱۴۰۲, and now after a year of studying various dimensions and ideation in different layers, the design of the project is on the agenda.

Now, while the design of software affairs and the provision of hardware and equipment are being pursued; Soon, construction operations will also begin to build the space of Calbidium, so that in a coordinated and coherent program, we will witness the reopening of the first phase of Calbidium.

Our position

Kalbodium is being built on a ۱۴,۲۸۳ square meter plot of land in the southwestern part of Mashhad. Kalbodium is located on the edge of Namaz Boulevard between Namaz ۱۲ and ۱۴. According to the permits obtained, a building with an occupied area of ۸,۵۰۰ square meters and an infrastructure of about ۴۵,۰۰۰ square meters will be built on this plot of land.

Achieving the Kalbidium superproject requires complex preparations of combining interdisciplinary knowledge and skills. Mixing the spirit of the story and narrative in a multi-layer body of structure and building, arrays, tools, equipment and game devices, requires the cooperation of a large group of experts, technicians and skilled workers.

Understanding the importance of this issue, the organization of this project, focusing on a staff consisting of expert experts for general design and planning and directing affairs, pursues the project’s progress with the participation of legal and real professionals in various specialties in the form of consultation or implementation.
